People have been looking forward to this. State Senator Lisa Brown just declared her candidacy for U.S. Congress to defeat Cathy McMorris Rodger. Lisa was the first female Majority Leader, and she is very well respected in Eastern Washington and the state. She is the front runner for those reasons and can quickly build an effective campaign. She represented the 3^rd Legislative District of Spokane until 2013. In 2014 she became Chancellor of the WSU Riverpoint Campus
