Vote for Mary Verner for Mayor of Spokane

 

 

 A strong Mayor for a strong Spokane. 

 

She is leading us through these tough financial times, balancing the budget, and maintaining most of our public services. 

 

She supports Complete Streets and the Sustainability plan.  Also, under Verner's leadership, the City approved a contract to build a new single-stream recycling center expected to create 50 construction jobs and 25 permanent positions.

Vote for Ben Stuckart for Spokane City Council President

 

 

Ben is a fresh new face, and we expect him to go a long way in politics.

 

Ben believes that the City Council President should lead the council, create relationships with the mayor and staff, and be open and transparent.  A City Council President must be innovative with the necessary skills to move the City forward. 

 

He also supports complete streets, police accountability, and the City's sustainability plan.

Donna McKereghan is a independent and progressive thinker.  She has a strong record of civic engagement and served on the Logan Neighborhood Council and the Washington State Legislative Ethics Board.

Vote for Richard Rush for Spokane City Council, District #2

 

 

 

Richard has been a dedicated community activist for years prior to being on the City Council, and is extremely committed to his work on sustainability and other progressive issues.  

 

He helped create the Office of Police Ombudsman to give greater transparency to police procedure and practice.  He also helped to dedicate new revenue for street maintenance, sidewalks and traffic calming.
